CDL’s income-stable and geographically-diverse portfolio includes over 150 hotels worldwide, many in key gateway cities. This encompasses our London-based hospitality arm, Millennium & Copthorne Hotels Limited (M&C), the Group’s wholly-owned subsidiary following a successful privatisation.

CDL has embarked on an integration process to drive synergies and achieve sustainable hotel performance. Beyond hospitality portfolio rejuvenation, we continue to focus on unlocking value through enhancing operational efficiency and leveraging the Group’s core competencies in real estate development and asset management.

Millennium & Copthorne Hotels Limited (M&C), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the CDL Group, is a global hotel company which owns, manages and operates over 145 hotels across some 80 locations
